Roland Introduced V-COMBO VR-730 and VR-09-B Live Performance Keyboards

Roland introduced the VR-730 and VR-09-B models, two new models in the versatile V-Combo line of live action keyboards. The VR-730 is a 73-digit waterfall keyboard with semi-weighted action, while the VR-09-B 61 keypad.

Both devices are lightweight and easy to carry and provide a classic stage appearance. The VR-730 and VR-09-B offer a wide selection of organs, piano and Roland synthesis, seven simultaneous effects, and are easy to use.

The VR-730’s 73-digit cascading keypad is perfect for traditional organ artists and provides a quick schedule for classical techniques such as trill, sputter, glissando, and percussion. The easy-to-play ROLAND VR-09-B 61-note keyboard is designed to fit the respectable Roland synthesis, dimensions and weight reduction for increased portability.

The V-Combo series delivers all the necessary sound in a handheld device that works well. The VR-730 weighs only 21 lbs. 14 oz 9.9 kg, while the VR-09-B is even lighter than 12 lb. 3 oz.5.5 kg. Both devices can be operated with AA size batteries if needed and offer maximum mobility for street concerts.

The instrument, acoustic / electric piano, and level motors are organized into three intuitive panel panels that allow access to basic tones to cover all musical styles.

Roland’s latest virtual tone reproduces the organ’s sound generation process of the actual sound system, while nine harmonic loudspeakers provide classic and portable voice control. Rotating effects are essential for combined sound, and three genre-oriented types provide the right rotating sound for all music, from gospel to pop, jazz, and rock.

Both V-Combo models include a number of historic electric piano types, complemented by vintage effects like phaser, tremolo, wah touch and so on. The VR-730 also includes an additional selection of RD-2000 electric piano.

Both instruments have a stereo acoustic multi-sample acoustic piano 88 that provides pro-level sound for Roland’s dedicated stage pianos. Also a great variety of SuperNATURAL synth tones, from vintage analog classics to modern digital synthesizers.
